“We were not impressed with this property. There were blood stains on our sheets, no coffee or water glasses. When we requested water glasses they said they did not supply those. Very close to the road so very noisy. Walls are very thin hard to sleep! Also no fire pit like in the photosz”

“Fantastic hotel and staff! They pay attention to the small details- for example, toothbrush holder in the bathroom, nice! Rooms are big, clean, nicely furnished. Beds are very comfortable. They have a wonderful included buffet breakfast at the restaurant attached to hotel called Lupo. Buffet but very fresh - they also make omelets - coffee is delicious! They have a nice shuttle to the beach - very helpful. Will definitely stay again.”

“Hotel needs to be updated and needs to stock supplies better, especially breakfast food items. Also, guest services needs to go through daily room service later in the more. People are on vacation and don’t want their rooms cleaned early in the morning.”

“Crosswinds is a great hidden gem right on the tourist strip of Rehoboth Beach. It's dog friendly, which is what I chose it for. It's not carpeted, which i prefer as a traveler with a pet, as its easier to clean. Check-in was effortless, organized and all automated. The cleaning staff were all super friendly. Clean, safe and simple, not fancy and well worth it's cost. You don't have to worry about finding paid parking spots, which can be difficult and expensive. I'm already booked for Halloween....

“I enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable, A/C working perfectly, and bathroom/shower great. Loved the wine & cheese time, and the 8pm milk and cookies were a special treat. I would definitely stay again.”

“The hotel staff was fabulous. If we needed anything they delivered. We called ahead of time to see if room was first floor and found it was not. I can't climb stairs, because mobility issues. After being told first there were no rooms, they found a room at Beach House, next door. Although rennovations were not complete, it had main things, it was clean and comfortable. It will beautiful . “On our arrival we were given a room in the second floor. This room was located just on top of the indoor swimming pool and it was full of mold and the smell was unbearable. Thanks God they accommodated our request and moved us to another room. The staff are OK. The star staff is the guy in the breakfast room who is nice, polite and extremely helpful especially with families with kids.”
