I paid for 2 double g queen sized beds and received a full size bed and an extremely rough jail mattress. The couch mattress was very uncomfortable. “Simply terrible. Check in: took 2 hrs to check in, only to be told that room isn’t ready and to come back later. No apology nothing. It’s obviously so common, staff don’t even bat an eye. Waterpark: needs completely refurbished. Disgusting. Dirt everywhere, and zero effort being made to clean. From dirty tissues in the pools, to just literally pieces of dirt and grime everywhere.
