“Excellent location for access to half a dozen or more waterfalls. Breakfast was AMAZING home cooked three course meal. Snacks/drinks always available and accessible. Tom and Maureen were fantastic! The door greeters (Bella, Lizzy and Jax) were great too!”

“Breakfast Buffet was good. Toilet seat was broken. Alert front desk to send someone to fix. No one came to look at it.”

“Our room was located under the lounge. All night long we heard people running back and forth and furniture moving. We called the front desk and the man said he would go up and talk to the guest in the lounge. It only got louder and louder all night long. Upon checking out I told the front seat desk person and she offered us a bottle of wine. She definitely did not care. We got absolutely zero sleep. We will absolutely not go back.”

“The housekeeper was great, she went above and beyond to make our stay nice. Front desk staff however was a different story, they were very unknowledgeable on the amenities that were promised during booking, very rude when called to ask questions. Then we had to call from our personal phone due to there not being a phone in our room to contact front desk. The Air conditioner in our room leaked all over the floor.
