“The carpet was sticky, the refrigerator door squeaked loudly and occasionally had to be left open, the bedsheets had blood stains on them, and hot water was inconsistent. At times, I had to wait 10–20 minutes for hot water to become available. Overall, the room did not meet basic cleanliness and maintenance expectations.”

Rooms seemed as clean as could be for the aged condition. Floors are gritty with cut up and mismatched linoleum. No tv in bedroom, water has iron, stains in the tub and sink and also stains your hair. No hair dryer, no breakfast. Room 4 is next to the mechanical room and you can hear noise all night. “Staffs are wonderful and friendly. Close to Main Street and has shuttle bus to drop off and pick up which was very helpful and convenient. There’s a pool which is great for kids and adults. Also breakfast is included. Overall, we loved our stay.”

“Be aware that parking is not on site!!! And adds significant cost and inconvenience. Also be aware this is a virtual experience, and the people you may end up speaking with are not in this country. Check in is quite involved ; uploading drivers license, selfie, etc. It was terrible trying to find parking from instructions. Once I figured all this out, which was really frustrating, I’d be fine with the next virtual experience with Kasa, and I might consider it. Younger generations will find it...
