“When greeted at the desk, both entering the facility and departing, the staff was wonderful. So helpful and friendly. Couldn’t ask for better treatment. Kudos to those lovely women!”

“The room was very clean. Specifically, the young man that was working the front desk when we got in was very helpful--I was very addled brained from traveling and he was very patient! It was nice to have a hot breakfast in the morning-the food was well attended to and the area was kept very clean-great job by the attendent.”

“It was really nice. Staff as great. Breakfast was great. The only issue I hit was the water that came out of the bathtub. Had a tinge of yellow to it. That was not clear. Which is probably more of a city water issue than theirs. Other than that, it was perfect.”

Fire alarm was randomly pulled out of nowhere on my third night of staying. 2nd and 3rd floor hallways smell like cigarettes. Sometimes found bugs out of nowhere. There was some type of mess outside someone’s room and it was never cleaned. Honestly the whole stay was awkward for me. I never wanted to go outside my room at all for anything whatsoever. The smell was unbearable...
