Hotel vicino a beach near Riverside Park - Lorain

“This place is perfectly fine as a last-resort hotel. The manager was super nice and helpful, which I appreciated, and the rooms are fairly standard. But the property is not well-maintained, and let's just say that, based on the other guests and their activities, I would have been somewhat more comfortable sleeping with a samurai sword under my pillow.”

“Room was outdated and tub was old. Pool was not opened. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was bagels, cereal, yogurt and snack donuts.”

“We left after stripping the beds to find all types of stains (my friend thought he got bit by a bedbug, we didnt find any). Some obviously blood some obviously fecal. Also they were small and uncomfortable. The “blankets” were thinner than my sheets at home. I asked for couple of extra pillows and was told they only had 1 spare. The toilet seat did not fit the toilet. The breakfast? Definitely not continental.”

“This place is on the corner of what seems to be a busy street across the street from a Lowe’s hardware store. There is no view worth mentioning and pretty much looks like a no name Motel you would find while driving across country”

There was food on the top of the fridge. I thought the clerk gave us the wrong room. It wasn't. “No air conditioning in hallways and it was over 100 degrees outside. Elevator close to room was inoperable”

“This property was unique for its depressing location, the utter inattention to physical maintenance of the property, and the feeling that you were in a seedy hotel which had just barely emerged from a recent brush with human trafficking networks. The overall vibe was depressing.”

“I love the room that I had. Lots of space. The room was supposed to sleep 3 but it had a simple couch not a sleeper sofa the add said. My son had to sleep on the cushions. Also the shower curtain was missing. The maintenence man took care of the curtain and brought us extra towels. He was the best. I brought these shortfalls up to the shift supervisor and they credited me for a 50% refund.”

“Clean room, excellent breakfast choices—best I’ve seen in a while. Check in lady was VERY GOOD about keeping my room number and information secure from being overheard by the man in line behind me. One real problem. The window in my 1st floor room was UNLOCKED upon arrival. This is SO unsafe.
