“There was no type of breakfast as stated including no coffee. Pillows were completely flat with hardly any stuffing. Asked for 3 more and kindly brought 3 decent ones. Room had carpet and not laminate flooring as stated. AC was not needed it was a cooler day. Shower was decent but only half dollar size soap discs . ”

“Vero che stiamo parlando di un 2 stelle. Però … Pavimenti appiccicosi dappertutto. Soffitti in ingresso rattoppati. Camera 109. Moquette sfilacciata. Rivestimento basi letto rovinato. Porta di ingresso che chiude male. Ante armadio che chiudono male. Un cattivo odore proveniente dal bagno e abbiamo chiuso la porta… Non si apriva più!!! Abbiamo provato in tutti i modi, fino a richiedere intervento receptionist. Il ragazzo molto gentile a sua volta ha provato e poi l’ha aperta con una spallata …...

“Family service was terrible customer service was lacking because of a medical emergency we were not able to go on May 22nd I called the next day May 23rd I realized the policy what it means but because of not being able to get there because of a medical emergency I thought that I should have my money refunded they would not give me a refund they would give me $23 off if we went and stayed on May 23rd big deal that is nothing so I would like to have my money refunded but no one was willing to do...

“Staff unhelpful, wet towels in room for use, broke item left I bathroom, no toiletries, got new room, it was just as bad. lots of dust accumulated on surfaces like lamps, tv, desk, ECT. Hair all throughout the bed. Number of burn holes in blanket. Didn't look any farther. Put in for a refund had to go somewhere else”

“Big room. Basic breakfast provided. Housekeeping changed our towels daily which was greatly appreciated. Very windy & power went off a few times briefly. Very convenient. Clean but not updated.”

“Everything needed a very good cleaning. The floors seemed sticky…. Attention to detail would make a big difference. The recliner chair was broken when I arrived and although I was booked to stay for a week and called about the matter twice, it was never addressed. Staff was excellent though, did their personal best, and worked very hard. Laundry facilities were top notch. Parking was easy and free. ”
