“The hotel overall was just okay. The rooms seemed a little dated while the lobby and exterior seemed newish. I requested Early check in and was told they were full the night before so to come at regular check in time. I arrived at 5 pm and the was told the room wasn’t ready, the woman at the front desk was new and having issues with the system. “Very clean and spacious rooms! The AC was amazing!”

“We’ve stayed here in years past in our travels to Ohio. We stayed there yesterday and our room was dirty which whatever we were not impressed but it was only a night. Ice machine on our floor wasn’t working either. This morning we went down for breakfast and they had nothing to offer, no coffee either. Apparently they said there delivery never happened but after talking to staff it seems like this has been happening fairly regularly. Thumbs down!”

“The water taps did not work.you had to force it to open.the shower tap was not any better The floors were never washed. Maybe vacuumed but that’s it The curtains were broken. The entrance door had to be forced to open. Unfortunately we could not cancel without losing our deposit. We would never stay again in this location”
