Camera grande, comoda, con cassaforte, frigo, aria condizionata, bagno con doccia spaziosa e buoni prodotti di cortesia. Non sul mare ma a 3 minuti d'auto dalla spiaggia, parcheggio e buona colazione compresi nel prezzo”

“Some of the staff was friendly and helpful but some were rude to my wife and daughter. The food is pretty bad and a lot of things didn’t work: an elevator didn’t work one day, the bathroom door doesn’t lock in one of the public restrooms, our A/C didn’t work, and they left the pool area dirty with food on the ground all day. It’s a beautiful view but poorly run.”

“Expedia overbooked my room. I was sold an oceanfront room for a premium price... there were no oceanfront rooms available well before the time of my booking. I was informed by the resort management that this was not uncommon... they would be refunding Expedia the difference in what room they sold me, vs what I was given. The resort could not refund the difference directly to me. I would need to get Expedia to refund me their difference in the room prices. If I knew the oceanfront was not...

“Every interaction with hotel staff positive and helpful. Checkin easy and quick, breakfast staff sweet and helpful. We stayed over 4th of July weekend so the hotel was full and busy, but the staff keeping pool area and grounds looking attractive. We had two "ocean view" rooms, but some "ocean views" better than others. I would ask for higher floors and avoid rooms over the pool for less noise and better views. $20 for breakfast buffet a little pricey, but we partook anyway and glad we did. Food...

“This was one of the hotels I really enjoyed they have a whole refrigerator, hot top, plates, utensils, and let’s not forget the Free Breakfast from 6-9am. The staff is very welcoming, nice, friendly, and understanding. When I visit Jacksonville again this will be my hotel every stay I really enjoyed it all.”
