I put in to come to this establishment to have a nice calm little vacation but the manager in the morning when I got there said over the app cause I mistakenly booked the hotel for the wrong time said I could come there anytime and they will book me in. “This hotel was perfect for my needs close stay to the airport and easy early rental return for my flight back home. Room was ready on time check in with MD at the Virginia location was super easy he was so kind and friendly made everything simple for me to enjoy my stay before returning home. “The entire property was in dis repair, dirty sheets on the made beds, stains on the comforters, food mashed into the carpet of the room, grime and stains on the phone, smoke detector not attached to the ceiling, ceiling was peeling off above the shower, toilet was not secured to the floor and shifted to the right … hallway carpets torn and peeling away from the walls, and odors throughout the hotel that could not be identified….”
