The whole manor/inn ambience was homey and beautifully decorated for Christmas.
Senior guests should be informed that one needs to climb up some short flight of stairs to the bathroom in the Burgundy room. Otherwise, the accommodations were fine and comfotable.”

“Customer service extraordinary. Only ONE suggestion for improvement! We're a vintage couple and the hostess in bar seated us next to a party with very young, loud, unruly and distracting children. Since there were other tables open, the hostess might be made sensitive to a better seating option for us "geriatrics" who reared our own children with thoughts toward appropriate behavior in restaurants.
