“Well positioned in the heritage area of Echuca. Great vibe at the Echuca Hotel. Live music at night might annoy some but we loved hearing it from our room. Fabulous menu at the hotel, including lots of GF options. Great online help from accom manager when we wanted to add a day. Highly recommend!!”

“This was the perfect accommodation while I was staying in Echuca. Central to the historical centre. I stayed 4 nights and was able to walk everywhere without moving the car. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. ”

“2 bedroom apartments are very large and have everything you need to have a self contained stay. Shower was hot and powerful, there was a dishwasher and washing machine. The apartment is only serviced once a week so don’t expect housekeeping every day.”

“Room was as described, clean and tidy with a fridge, sink and amenities. Off street parking available and staff were courteous and helpful. Walking distance to Moama Bowls Club and Border Inn Hotel. Happy to book again. ”

“This Unit is very dated, and very average. First morning no TV, the garden at the front was not clean or maintained, what a shame it would have been fantastic views to the Murray, Sadly will not go back”

“The Sportslander is just what I expected, an older motel that had all the basics covered. The room was older style, clean and on the end of a 10 day straight run of over 40 deg temps the pool and aircon did the job, the bed was comfy, there was no noise and had a good night sleep. For a budget one night stay, it did the job very well. ”

“ I had a concerning experience during our stay. The room doors shut very quickly and forcefully, which can be dangerous—especially for children. Unfortunately, my daughter’s finger got stuck in the door. Thankfully, she wasn’t injured very badly, but it was a very scary moment for us. I strongly recommend the hotel consider installing soft-closing mechanisms or safety features to prevent such incidents in the future. “Didn't realise this was a contactless hotel with no reception. I checked in later in the day after driving up from Melbourne. Didn't realise ther was no ironing board in the room. I had a function that evening and needed to iron my clothes. I sent a text message to the hotel and called but there was no answer. Thanksfully, a man arrived within 20 minutes to deliver an iron and ironing board. Other than that, and the cramped parking, my stay was great. Just request ahead of time if you need to...
