“The best thing about this property is the amazing staff. They are the absolute best, must friendly hotel staff I have ever encountered. Breakfast could be better but it is okay. The wonderful hospitality makes up for the mediocre breakfast. I mean it’s complimentary so… Thanks Microtel for hiring such great staff”

“Parking was easy more than enough spaces”

“The place was clean and everywhere smelled fresh. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was mediocre at best but staff kept things filled and clean. The pool is nothing special but again, it was clean in that area and well maintained. It's the perfect place when you aren't booking for amenities but booking because you need a clean, nicely maintained place to stay while you're traveling.”

“I travel a lot for business, every time I come in the area I stay here . Everyone are very nice to you . The hotel is nice and clean!! The breakfast is very yummy . The location perfect, you have bunch of great restaurant around the hotel . Downtown Pittsburgh is only 20 min . I recommend for sure !!!!”

“Rooms is extremely outdated. Pillows are awful. Tv is too small. Bad smell inside the building. Parking lot is rough and full of potholes. And the water in the toilet would run every few second.”

“The hotel was ok for the price however our room needed to be fixed and updated. The drainage of the sink was broken and you had to drain manually, some of the lights in the bedroom were not working and the bathroom door looked like somebody had burned it. The room was clean and the people working late at night when we arrived very kind.”

The room was well lit with optional very bright white and amber tones to satisfy my taste for subdued lighting in the room and brighter choices for specific areas like the microwave area. The bed was firm bit pillow-topped for our aging bones. The included breakfast was surprisingly delicious with the exception being little or no fresh fruit. Hotchoices were do-it- yourself Belgian waffles (4 little rounds per iron)..This was good for sharing or...

“The hotel and casino were wonderful. The staff was so kind and helpful. The food was okay. We wish they had a proper breakfast available not just two egg sandwiches. //we had to go elsewhere to get breakfast which was a pain. We would definitely go back but hope they do something about the food issues.”
