Hotel vicino a Beaver Marsh - Peninsula

“I told the front desk person it was a prepaid reservation but they charged me twice. Then they said they couldn’t credit the amount back because I had to wait till the next morning to discuss it with the volte manager, starting 7am. The next morning same story. The person in charge at the front desk said the Manager was not it that day and I had to give them a call to discuss my claim. Very very upset and disappointed ”

“The staff are so friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We would stay here again. ”

“ Everything about this place was excellent. The suite was spacious and clean. The amenities were all eco- friendly. We always look for a hotel which includes breakfast — the breakfast here was one of the best we’ve had! There was a large variety of meal options: eggs with potatoes & bacon, yogurt with fresh fruit & granola, oatmeal, waffle maker, fresh baked scones and fresh fruit— including cut up grapefruit, strawberries and grapes. Will absolutely stay here again.”

“Parking was easy..the staff was nice...i had one of the jetted tub rooms, but not informed that the switch was across the room...i had to call the front desk to find that out...then in the side drain of the tub still had hair in it from the previous stay...then at 8 am someone opened the room..no knocking it woke me up”

“Very neat and clean house. Lots of unique art in the house. Great breakfast with many choices. Only 1 mile from hospital if you need a overnight room. Highly recommended and cheaper than the area hotels.”

“Lobby and staff are excellent super nice and accommodating. Lobby is updated to where you’d think the rooms would match. Room had loose tiles in the bathroom and hard water stains around the floor and shower grout. Also advise cleaning staff to clean behind the bathroom door. Many hairs and dust. Simple fix.”

“I know you get what you pay for however my room was not very clean. Crumbs were on the floor and half of the lights didn't work. Luckily it was a nice day and I was on the 2nd floor so I opened my blinds. The light / fan fixture in the bathroom was missing it's cover, exposing the wires and bulb and the spa tub looked like it was there since the 1970's. The finish was worn out and the jets did not look very clean. Needless to say I didn't use it! I didn't stay for breakfast so I can't...

“First room they put me in had a hole in the floor and half smoked joint/cig on the bed. The door also didn’t close all the way and you could see in the room with the door bolted. They put me in another room that had soil all over the floor, crumbs of what appeared to be crackers or bread on both beds, a muddy footprints all in the shower. The only good part of this stay was how accommodating the staff were, and how they resolved the situation. The condition of the building was disgusting. ”

“Restaurant been close since 2020 ...Hot tub not hot luke warm...My bathroom was perfect but my couch was filled with all different types of stains..it was loud as hell ...peaople in the hallway...it just need someone to sell food there its to far from restaurants ”

“Staff was good. I didn't get the room I booked and the entire property smelled like marijuana but it was comfortable enough for one night. I'm glad I wasn't staying longer. ”
