“I want a refund! The hotel was fine. The room was fine. The amenities were fine. The host was terribly overworked only one person for that large hotel. The only problem was the phone didn’t work so I couldn’t call the front desk. The TV didn’t work so that’s why I had to use the phone. I want a refund. “This is a decent inexpensive motel. The room was clean. This motel needs a major refresh. The furniture finishes are worn in spots to bare wood and are scratched. Some of the woodwork had similar issues. The ceiling over the shower had a round spot of mold about the size of a dinner plate. It looked like it could have been caused by water dripping on ceiling from room above. The breakfast items were limited as was the coffee. The large coffee pot was empty but they did have a Keurig, so...

“Hottub broken, no battery in remote, toilet paper holder fell off wall. My brothers room stunk, sisters room had no tv remote, breakfast was not refilled. Only motel in town, so what are ya gonna do.”

“Our room was clean and quiet ; we asked for it to be scent free for my husband who gets migraines from room fresheners, oils, perfumes etc, and also asked for additional pillows and they honored our request. Breakfast was minimal but just fine for our needs. The open area downstairs was very comfortable for visiting with our friends after breakfast who were also guests at AmericInn. The location was perfect for our stay.”

“Stayed one night for a baseball tournament. Room was just fine for our family of 4. Pool area was great! Breakfast was average. Overall, it was a good stay and would stay again if ever needed.”

“Did not like the parking lot. The hallways to the rooms were very narrow. If you let the room door close on its own it’s very loud. They had a power outage from 11 PM till 4 AM. I did not sleep well.”

“I know this will sound excessive but none of this is an exaggeration. Upon arrival, the parking lot had cavernous potholes. This building should have been torn down long ago. When we arrived, we had to wait ten minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. I have a mild handicap that makes stairs difficult. No elevator and my room was on the second floor. The key would not work in the lock. The bed was the cheapest and most worthless I have ever seen. I do not have back problems but it took...

“Stayed in the room that had 4 beds. It essentially has 2 beds upstairs and 2 beds in a basement-like area. It was pretty neat. Only downside is it only had 1 bathroom, so for 8 people that wasn’t very convenient. Could use a larger or newer air conditioner in there as well. Only has one small window air conditioner. It did ok, but had to turn the temp way down to get the rooms comfortable.”

“Dirty bathroom. Trash over flowing Tv remotes did not work correctly. Whirl pool out of order.”
