Hotel vicino a Beckley Creek Park - Louisville

“Room, staff, property were perfect. The bed was Amazing!! I slept so good ( I never do at a hotel). Only thing lacking was a good breakfast… they did have it… but most was gone within the first hour it started & after waiting several minutes… we just left & went elsewhere. There is a Cracker Barrel next door & always amazing. Very safe area to walk to.”

“My son was on spring break and I couldn’t get off work to go to far from home. He’d been wanting to go to the claw machine arcade that had recently opened in the Louisville area. The hotel was great not sure why but I’m liking the drury inns. Room was clean beds were comfortable shower was good and hot and plenty of water pressure. Breakfast was great missed it the first nite from driving the nite before to get there but enjoyed it on day 2”

“They were welcome to pets, but the place smelled like urine. Our bed comforter, especially had to get new sheets from front desk.”

“Check in is at 3:00, but rooms were not available because housekeeping was behind. The waiting room was full of people wanting to check in. Once we got in the room, there were still no clean towels and there were still dirty towels and cleaning products in the room. There is not enough parking but for a third of the hotel. Seeing as there was a large event in town, parking was full. This stay was a disaster that they were not prepared for at all. ”

“It was a very pleasant stay. Up until 100 kids showed up on Saturday night. We checked out on Sunday morning so it wasn't a big deal. The staff were fantastic. The breakfast was simple, but had a decent selection. The rooms were clean and welcoming. No issues with parking at all.”
