“Pet friendly hotel off highway. Room had a very bad odor and there was hair and footprints in the bathroom. “Breakfast” was inedible.”

“There were maintenance issues with the room, electrical outlet not working, bed frame had metal sticking out i I kept catching my leg on. Hair in bathroom on floor. The pool is in back corner of parking lot next to a dumpster. The breakfast was sad. Everyone who walked in after us commented on it. Some things had definitely been updated and looked nice though.”

“This was by far the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in, and I'm someone who regularly stays at 2- and 3-star hotels while driving to Florida two or three times a year. I arrived very late at night with my children and our dog, so finding another place to stay wasn't a realistic option. Unfortunately, the experience turned into a nightmare. “It was terrible. Dirty used qtips by the dresser. The shower was so clogged it was like taking a bath while showering. Not to mention hair on the floor and sticky floors. Even though we just needed a room for the night, never again…disgusting!”

“Everything was filthy. There was a pile of dirty towels outside by door at 9pm check in that stayed there all night. The hook lock for the door was broken. The bath mat was filthy. the carpets in the room and halls had not been vacuumed.”
