“The staff were really friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate guests. The view from the top floor was fabulous. You could see all of the trees in Billings with buildings poking through. Clouds made great designs as they floated over the city. Overall very tranquil.”

“The room was clean and spacious, parking right next to the soccer complex was ideal. Unfortunately there was a truck whose car alarm kept going off - twice in the night and then multiple times through the morning. Not much the hotel can do about that but it was a bummer!”

“The room we were in had a large, visible red stain all over the carpet by the daybed that wasn’t cleaned. The daybed itself was covered in stains, and not cleaned at all. When I pulled it out I found garbage inside it. Next to the daybed itself the floor looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed or tended to in quite some time. In the bathroom, there was no soap whatsoever, not for the sink or shower. I had to get soap, towels, pool towels (because nobody was tending to that) from the front desk...
