“Breakfast was terrible. Hot tub was not working. Lady at the reception when checking out (7/20/22 morning) was lazy ant not helpful, while the lady at the check-in (7/18/22 evening) was nice.”

“The stay at Hyatt House was great as usual. The reception staff are always so welcoming, friendly, and helpful especially Christina! We were very grateful to be able to transition to this second room first thing in the morning instead of having to wait until the normal 3pm check in time. Only disappointment was that there was no oven although photos on both Expedia and the hotel website show a full stove and oven for the 1 bedroom queen accessible room.”

“Skipped the breakfast, it is an extended stay hotel, so breakfast options looked spartan and bare bones. The beds were comfortable, rooms clean, and it was perfect for a night stop, especially as it was almost 25% less than any other hotel in the area. Had a good night sleep, was quiet, we hit the road after, so it was perfect for the price.”
