“Beautiful bedrooms in quirky old wooden hotel. The food is very good, but the restaurant gets very noisy as it’s so full.”

“A lovely setting unfortunately full of golfers but as it's a golf club it is to be expected 😀 We had a car accident the day before we were due to leave and the lovely receptionist Anna was so helpful with giving us a free extended checkout time. The room was lovely, I wasn't overly overwhelmed by the menus available but the breakfast choices were excellent. All in all we had a lovely time and I would definitely recommend Dale Hill”

“Lovely hotel great location ”

“Stayed for three nights over Xmas. The walk from the pub to the accommodation was across a muddy unpaved carpark. Access to the room was via a combination door lock and privacy in the room afforded by blinds at the door ,room windows. Unfortunately there was no internal lock on the door and gaps in the blinds afforded a view into the room from outside. The room was cold on arrival and took hours to warm up. “Polite staff and clean room”

“Third time staying here due to the positive previous experiences. The positive streak continued with a great room featuring a fantastic air-conditioning unit which kept me cool in the June heat. A wonderful workout ensued in their very well-equipped gym set up. This was followed by a powerful shower and I went to dine nearby. Had a great night's sleep before a well-cooked breakfast got my day started perfectly. Can't wait to come back.”
