“Breakfast was very busy, floor Staff a bit chaotic and the place was dirty. The young staff at Sigi’s were just wonderful, friendly, so pleasant and accomodating but the older staff a bit rude-disappointing to see. Security on grounds were lovely as were the guys in Lobby.”

It would even be better if the following can be improved: In-room switches - I am not sure if it is the switches ' probelms or my problem but I can never turn it on or off by one time. “My wife and I stayed here for 7 nights. We liked this hotel very much. The staff were excellent. We had a spacious suite on the 11th floor. The pool was nice ( nicer without the pop music ). It was a nice place to come for relaxation. Only negative was the beach . We want to come back to this Doubletree again anyway because the staff was so welcoming , nice room, pool, and good price. Thank you! ”

“Got a room that was supposed to have sea view but we only got the horizon part as the lower view was obscured by another block (but only 2 storey). Apart from the above, Lone Pine is a superb resort for those who love basking under the shades of tropical trees and pines too, has well maintained and clean facilities, enjoying the serenity of Batu Ferringhi. Food (breakfast) and drinks were very good too. The play room has large TV screen and we actually stayed up till 1am to watch Champions'...

“Very nice room and the staff were helpful as we had some issues with our room cards, they were very kind. The hotel is very clean and tidy, breakfast and dinners are a little pricey, and very good location when trying to explore Georgetown, nothing is super far away. Overall great hotel, definitely would book again.”
