It needs daily towel removal and replacement. We had to go get our own stuff /towels from desk on day 3 after no housekeeping. The pool is nice but needs more than 3 lounge chairs. Beds, pillows and spacious room was comfortable and having a kitchen with glassware, big fridge and everything else u need was...

“Close to the high way, the hotel can give the opportunity to reach Tampa, St. Petersburg, Saratosa, etc in a range of 30-50 minutes. The building and the rooms are pretty new with all the comforts. the breakfast open to all the guests, are simple but very good! ”

Clean room, breakfast was a typical continental breakfast, loads of parking and a very nice looking inviting pool-even though our schedule didn’t allow us time to use the pool. Nice to know it was there. Location was both close to family and to Ft. De Soto beach which made daily travel easy.”

The free excellent coffee in the lobby was awesome as the other hotels I stayed in on this trip charged for overpriced mediocre coffee. “1. This property is short staffed and poorly run. 2. It’s filthy to the point that one night the foyer smelled of urine. They had a room for vending and laundry that was also filthy. 3. I had a family medical emergency and had originally been told twice that I could check out early without penalty then had to argue when the manager said no. Ultimately, I was able to get a refund for my unused nights from Expedia. 4. I felt so unsafe as a woman sleeping alone at night that I slept with a chair...

Air conditioning is too high Few restaurants in the vicinity but wakable distance to the riverside Tampa has poor public transportation i suggest uber to go anywhere 5 min to cruise port 25 min far from premium outlet”
