“This is a new Hampton Inn and the rooms are nicely furnished. The breakfast is as you would expect - basics - fruit, eggs, cereal, waffles, etc... The staff was very helpful when we checked in and were able to answer questions during our stay. Conveniently located to Kernersville, the airport, etc...”

“We arrived late in the evening on Saturday and the front entrance was locked and no one was behind the front desk to let us in. We had to wait more than 10 minutes for someone to let us in. In our bathroom, the tub drain was clogged so the bathtub kept filling with water when we showered. When we reported it to the front desk, they said they didn’t have any maintenance people available to look into it until Monday. They did give us a plunger but we had to plunge it after each person showered...

“Had bed bags wouldn’t refund me ”

“Disgusting. Parties all night. Families living there. Room was nothing like the picture. Left at 3 am because I didn’t feel safe there. ”

“I couldn’t even stay in the room at all, I had to book a room in another hotel, and fighting right now for a refund since I didn’t even stay in the room due to their cleanliness being terrible, mirror was dirty, I would not put myself in the shower, bed had debris, found tobacco products trash on the couch, and there was more… I would recommend anyone to just book in another hotel.”

“AC was out my entire stay had to ask for maintenance to come out for 2 days straight and then he came and said AC was working fine it was extremely hot in my room visibly no air coming out and no ac flow yet he said air coming out was 54 ° lol a joke. Pool was closed our entire stay which was why we booked here very disappointed also saw a roach near lobby”

“Checking in was fast and staff was friendly. Room smelled of smoke, carpet needed vacuumed, towels and sheets had stains, found 3 live roaches on shower curtain. Quit room as not many patrons.”

“We ended up not staying because after i booked they listed all the fees. You have to check in by 8 pm but is listed as 2:30am and there is a $20 per person per day fee to use the pool. And you have to give a 48 hr notice to even use the pool and i booked last minute so that would have been a waste too. To use the hot tub its $100 extra but that is the only thing listed before you book. It would not have been worth the 3.5 hr drive we were going to make. ”

“Close to the airport, nice rooms, and helpful staff. Even though the property is a little dated, I had a nice stay and didn’t break my budget.”
