Unfortunately on our last morning we lost power and had to ring the emergency number provided on check in. I was made feel that the issue was my fault, because I had 2 appliances (toaster & kettle) and heater on at the same time??? “This place advertises itself as a "luxury" accommodation but it was far from that. Check in was a disaster, and it only got worse. I was supposed to receive a message about what we had to do at reception but that did not happen. We where left at the front of a building that was supposed to be recption but no one was there.
