“Very sketchy neighborhood, including smashed liquor bottles at the foot of the porch steps. The online photos of the interior are very misleading. Unit is old, poorly renovated and bare bones furnishings. We quickly discovered the place had not been cleaned since the last occupancy … dusty furniture, stagnant water in the bathroom sink which had an inoperable drain, and dirty sheets on the bed with undeniable evidence too gross to mention. There was also a very noticeable stench of marijuana...

“Clean, very nice accommodations. Perfect fo a couple. The only negative we had was the noise that came from the attached home. Not sure what had to ne made, cooked, attended to, ect so aggressively in the kitchen (there's a locked door separating the space), but the noise was kind of overbearing at times. Otherwise, it was a great stay and i highly recommend.”

“Perfect spot for visiting Dayton! This was our second time returning this property. Host was extremely responsive and home had everything we needed for a weekend visit. With so many good restaurants around we never cooked in the home, yet certainly enjoyed a leisurely coffee each morning. We have already made our next reservation!”

“Great location near the shops in the historic Oregon District. Lots of food and drink options especially for the young at heart. Rental was quiet. Nice interior space with classic architecture and woodwork. Tastefully decorated, clean comfortable rooms and a comfortable bed. Lots of hot water. Good communication with the owner. The furnace kept the spaces warm with evening temps below freezing. We can recommend this apartment. ”

“It was fine for 1 night. Bathrooms were clean. Kitchen updated. Could not get TV to work. Roku was stuck in Spanish and couldn't get to the home screen to update it.The coffee tables could use a dusting. The beds were firm.Close to a lot of places to eat. The upstairs shower stuff needs to be fixed. My husband said it almost fell apart in his hands when attempting to start the water for a shower. Could use more towels and washcloths. We had extra beach towels so we used these. All and all...
