“New hotel, room good size for 3, nice balcony. Sofa bed very uncomfortable. Need a car to move into town centre as near hotel only McDonalds for dinner. Had some minor reports about cleaning service in the room and the lady at reception was very kind and helpful. At the end she even gave a small present as an excuse. Free in house parking. Breakfast basic but good enough. Will be back when in the area”

“The hotel is a credit to the owner in every respect. My wife and I were on holiday to sample various areas of Germany. All staff were most welcoming and helpful. We only had one evening meal there but it was outstanding, and we have eaten in many fine restaurants around the world. It was the first stop on our holiday and it could not have been better. Our thanks to all the staff. ”

“Das Hotel liegt ideal am Altstadt-Grüngürtelring, und bietet kurze Wege in die Altstadt. Am Hotel selbst gibt es 6-7 kostenfreie Parkplätze (abhängig von der Rücksichtnahme und Parkkunst der Gäste) , gegenüber auch nochmal 6-8 und in der benachbarten Tiefgarage der Stadthalle jede Menge :-) für einen akzeptablen Preis von 7,50 für 24 Stunden. Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant/Frühstücksraum war freundlich und umsichtig, auch unsere Raumpflegerin hat sich toll gekümmert. Das Hotel...

“Leider wurde ich sehr enttäuscht. Das Hotel ist mehr als schmuddelig, alt, einfach abgenutzt. Ich hatte zwar ein renoviertes Zimmer aber leider auch hier war der Schmutz nicht zu übersehen. Das Treppenhaus und der Eingangsbereich war mit Teppichboden ausgelegt, der schon seine beste Zeit hatte und während meines Aufenthalts auch nicht gesaugt wurde. Restaurant war nicht geöffnet!!! Bei der Kaffeemaschine funktionierte die Milchabgabe nicht, gelbe Milchreste im Schlauchsystem, ekelig! Hausmeister...

“Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich, die Betten sehr gemütlich und der Personal freundlich. Das Hotel machte ein gepflegten Eindruck und tollen Parkplätze standen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt geboten und alles ist von dort prima zu Fuß zu erreichen. :) ”

The only improovement could be softer pillows (they had a pillow menu, and we asked for a neck pillow - it was gigantic - not made for women.) The duvet was amazing and I used a corner for a pillow. “The unique positive point is that.. Its really close to the station... And i can also say that the woman at the reception was really nice!! But the room was full of dust, small, the tv didn t work, they have wifi with hot spot... And it doesn t work at all!!! the toilette was dirty and it was really cold for the first two hours cause the heater was off.... So.... Never again!!”
