“Eventhough we booked through Expedia, a warning about the train horns, and noise at wee hours of the night would help with planning to choose this hotel, coupled with paper thin walls. Breakfast was pretty good. Room size, and double sinks were good.”

“Parking was limited. There was no drop off/pull up to front door. We are seniors,and there was no elevator, but front desk was able to get us a room on the 1st floor. We changed out from a King to 2 doubles. That was fine.”

“Place was clean, but in a medical facility kind of way. Also, woke up to no hot water. Front desk acknowledged no hot water in the kitchen either. Another said it must be that everyone was using hot water at once. I asked if showers by guests at 7:00 am on a weekday was not something they expected. Asked for a credit and the front desk took my number promising to call back. Never did. Emails unanswered. Seems as though this brand is independently owned and managed. I will stay away in...

“Room outdated old brown carpet all over made it dark and gloomy. Paint chipped. Worse part was the shower pressure was awful. I tried to get a room change but got the run around. They finally sent the “manager” who came to try and fix it ran the water and said it was ok that even he had low pressure at his home. I showed him the shower head he said it was fine that’s it. Then I showed him the condition of the bathroom mold and stains and he said nothing. Honestly for a chain hotel this was...

“Staff was super friendly and hotel was clean!”

“There were no amenities except a bottle of water when we checked in. There was no soap, etc in the bathroom and only 2 towels for 3 of us. The parking lot was in poor shape. There were holes in curtains which let light in and the bed spread were thread-bare. We paid a couple of hundred dollars but did not feel safe.”

“The hotel is undergoing renovation. Though it is nicely done, if you have sensitivity to new carpet smell or new paint, then I would not recommend it. Everything is new including furniture, bedding, pillows. Check out is noon but housekeeping came around at 9 AM knocking on doors.”
