“Very nice hotel, tucked away in a quiet location surrounded by lawns and trees. We were in a room behind the main building which was very comfortable, well equipped and air conditioned. The staff were all very helpful and we will definitely stay again. ”

“The room was big enough and clean and the bed was good. However, the temperature was much to high. The mobile fan had no effect(just moving the warmth) en was noisy. I missed the fridge and I would have expected more than a bottle of soap in the bathroom since the price for the room was relatively high.”

“A fun place to stay with activities for all ages. As a family, we enjoyed the crazy golf, putting practice and swimming pool. Restaurant service was very slow for evening meal. It took nearly 3 hours for us to finish, but the food was good. Breakfast buffet was fine, enough choice for all. Room was clean and spacious, nice to have a small fridge included. Beds were comfortable. We slept well after removing the duvets from covers, as the room was very warm. A pleasant stay overall. ”

“We booked a Double Ensuite Room. On arrival our room was the family room. Wow what a massive room. It had 3 beds. Lovely fresh looking room, so clean. Beds were comfortable. Shower had great pressure and water was hot.
We also booked a twin room. This too was lovely and clean. Had a kettle, teas and coffees for use, as did the Double Room.
Pauline & Dave were brilliant hosts. Nothing was too much if you requested anything. You could tell that they had been hosts for a long time.

Pauline & Dave were brilliant hosts. Nothing was too much if you requested anything. You could tell that they had been hosts for a long time.

“Have seen this hotel come up a few times and thought i would try it when i was working in the area.
Being a golf club it has lots of extras, gym, spa, pool etc.
The gym was well equipped with the latest tech, the pool area was lovely with a jacuzzi ,steam and sauna room.
Clean changing rooms with ample lockers.
The room was spacious with one of the largest beds ive seen, decent amenities, tea,coffee n biscuits.

“We enjoyed a lovely quiet couple's getaway while we went to the Ed Sheeran concert in Ipswich. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very quiet and relaxing.
The town centre is in walking distance and has some really nice and reasonably priced cafes. There is a short walk to a pebble beach and beautiful gardens. ”
