“I was unable to get booking directly with the Westin so I booked through Expedia. I booked a deluxe room. The room was not cleaned properly and also they gave me an acccessible room. The water bottles were opened and not replaced and the smell was terrible. They swapped us. The pullout couch matress was all wires and my daughter had to sleep with us. No extra blanket. But the most disappointing was the service! Will not be coming back! Very disappointing!”

“Elevator wasn’t working the two days we were there but we were advised that upon checking in. The place was clean and staff were nice. I would go back there again.”

“Plusieurs avantages et un seul inconvénient. L’emplacement, la propreté, la communication avec l’hôte, l proximité de village, tout est excellent! Le seul inconvénient est que le climatiseur de deuxième étage ne fonctionnait pas. Nous avons demandé de le réparer, mais on nous envoyer un ventilateur qui ne fait pas le travail. il faisait très chaux ce qui nous empêchait de dormir pendant deux nuit. Autre que ça, notre séjour était formidable.”

“This place is good value for money. Loved having a kitchen and the TV/fireplace area is lovely. It could use some TLC (peeling paint, old grout, etc). It was cozy and warm, great location. The only downside was the mattress on the bed. It was very uncomfortable and we did not sleep well. I ended up sleeping on the sofabed on the third night, which was a bit better but also not great. Would definitely return if the mattress was upgraded.”

“We arrived to the hotel after a 14 hour work day and could not get in. This is a terrible way to run a hotel, there’s no one to call or any way to gain access to the rooms after a certain which is NOT MENTIONED WHEN YOU BOOK.”

It was nice that the Owners reached out to me by text, to check to ensure our stay and check-out was perfect! We will definitely be booking these accommodations again.”

“Checkin was very smooth and had easy to follow instructions. The unit was clean and perfect for what I needed. The entrance was right at the bottom of one of the ski hills which in the winter would be very convenient. The bed was super comfortable, but it was high off the ground. I’m 5’8” and still had to do a little hop to get onto the bed. So it wouldn’t be great for those with mobility issues. Be prepared to bring your a step if it is a problem.”
