“This place was so gross. The lock on the door had been busted, stains on the sheets and the towels.I turned around and walked right back out. Expedia refused to give me a full refund back to my credit card. Now I’m having to work with my bank.L to get a refund. I’m extremely disappointed at the way Expedia handled this event.”
