“I chose this apartment because it was advertised as a 2-bedroom apartment with a beautiful bay view, and I was willing to pay a premium price for what I expected would be a special experience. Unfortunately, the property did not match the description. The apartment has only one enclosed bedroom. The second bed is placed in the living room directly in front of the kitchen, leaving no actual second bedroom or functional living room. Had the listing clearly described the layout as a one-bedroom...

“There are no amenities nearby in walking distance.Only 1 pool for the whole complex.The room could have been cleaner,not enough supplies such as toilet paper,The sliding door did not lock and we found beatals in the room.I don’t think the disruption at the time of booking matches what you actually booked ”

“Calling this a ‘luxury’ listing is a joke. We had cockroaches in our room to which no accommodative action was taken. They would not move us rooms nor was there any monetary compensation given despite multiple pictures and emails about the issue. Dishes were dirty in the cupboards. Everything was cheap or falling apart - shower rod was falling out of the wall, furniture was stained and had cheap covers on them, patio furniture was a small cheap wooden set that had mold on the table and cushions,...

“It was a nice place. But it was a large facility. The office for check-in was in an obscure location and not clearly mapped out for people coming for the first time.”

“Property very neat & clean. Check in challenging due to host communication via email rather than text. Was standing outside my room at 3pm (check in is 4) . While standing outside I was asked to Venmo $20 for extra hour. That process (via email) took 20 minutes. Not that big of a deal, but with a quest at the door it was a little off putting. Otherwise the property was lovely and well maintained.”

“Property was kinda of gross. furniture has a bunch of stains and is very old. floor in 1/2 the apartment is spongy and feels like you will fall through. bathroom wasn't to bad but over all I would never stay here again. kitchen sink back up twice into the dishwasher and leaked on the floor the first time. could me nice with a renovation and update ”

“There were some kind of bugs on the room the TV dint work took 3 days to replace and it was replace with a computer screen size, bath room door didn't close was falling off the hindge,no microwave in the room a total dump.”
