“Very clean and tidy property , the pool was very nice and and the staff are very friendly , great for a short stay ”

“Overall, it was a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was courteous and cooperative, which made the experience comfortable. There are a few areas where improvement is possible. The hotel provided only half-liter water bottles; offering 1-liter bottles, as is standard in many hotels, would be appreciated. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and had to be reported twice before it was resolved.”

“Good shower, comfy bed, clean, lovely grounds that are well maintained. Good pool, comfy sun beds with and some without shade. Courteous staff at pool bar. Poor and very slow service at breakfast. Never any bacon on buffet. Breakfast always a poor experience and the only aspect to let it down.”

“This is not a 5 star property and food was terrible they dont event call you for prebooked breakfast or dinner for which you already paid 8k for and the pool had broken tiles which ican be very dangerous and also not worth 34k/night over priced and not worth staying ”

“Avoid at all costs stained sheets, grubby towels, dirty floors, no fridge, no safe, far from Benaulim beach with no taxis nearby”
