Vengono offerti tappi per le orecchie agli ospiti, ma sarebbe opportuno intervenire sul problema dell'impianto di condizionamento. ”

“Melissa the manager at the front desk was very helpful to accommodate me when the elevators were down and offered to move me down to the 1st floor since I have a neck injury and could not go up and down the stairs easily. She also helped me with getting my internet set up and was very pleasant and always had a smile on her face! Wonderful customer service she deserves kudos :)”

“The bathroom had not been properly cleaned. There were tracks of something that had splashed on the bathroom door and other spatter of some kind on the walls. A few of the towels were stained with what I hope was only makeup. The parking lot was a bit too small for the number of rooms/vehicles, so it was difficult to get in and out. Overall, this is a place I wouldn't stay again.”
