Ville a Benissa

“Just the perfect property for a big family. Very practical in all matters. Several different areas with shade, food possibilities. Can sit 10 people at all tables.Inside you can arrange quiet zones, kids zones, we loved the gym and ping pong / play room. There is a private walking path to the beach which takes 1-2 min to walk even with minors and seniors. Two restaurants (soon three) within 2 min walking distance.Fully equipped main kitchen and well equipped outdoor kitchen. All roms have their...

“Pros: Det var lett å få kontakt med verten. Fantastisk bassengområde med flott utekjøkken. Renhold av bassenget var dårlig. Uteområdet hadde mange trapper så det passet dårlig for små barn. Avstand til stranda stemmer ikke med annonse. Må ha bil. Men Alt i alt en flott ferie👍”

“Pros: It is a very quiet and peaceful area with beautiful surroundings. Beautiful view from the upper terrace. The house has a fantastic pool that really lived up to the expectations that the pictures had created. Everything connected to the rental process has worked perfectly. The dialogue with the owner before and after the stay has worked very smoothly and the person on site was very helpful and accommodating. The house consists of two separate apartments with their own entrances. Three...

“amazing stay. couldnt fault it. Thank you!”

“Immaculate property with all facilities needed for family holiday. Very clean and comfortable with nice air conditioning and excellent pool. We were pleasantly surprised to find a selection of bits for use in the pool and on the beach. The underground parking kept to car cool. There is a great table tennis set up in the basement.Location is amazing for easy walk to town and beach. We had one problem (when the garage door broke) but this was dealt with incredibly quickly by the maintenance...

“The house, the view, the beautiful clean pool was excellent and more than suited our needs. Definitely need a car. The location is necessary for the amazing view but the roads are not walkable and it is an hours walk to the beach and town. Some of the furniture was a little tired compared to the photos eg broken arm on the sofa and the dining chairs were precarious. But that didn’t bother us as we worked around it by making use of the outside kitchen and dining area. For the money, a bit more...

“Pros: Unas vistas increibles en un entorno tranquilo. Espacioso y agradable con una piscina fantástica. Cons: Las camas mejorables”
