“This place was a little dated but, was clean, owners were friendly, kitchenette had everything we needed, and I had no problem with the cable or internet service. I will definitely stay again when up this way. ”

“Family trip to check out the Porcupine Mountains and really liked our stay, as it was very convenient to enter the park. Thought this was just going to be another average hotel, but the lobby and rooms were nicer than other hotels. Even though an older hotel, the rooms were modern and little more comfort than average. “From the outside we were a little skeptical (old fashion motif). One step in the door and it felt like home. Warn, clean, and the lounge was PERFECT. We played cribbage and met some new friends. We will definitely be back! What a great little place!”

“It was our first time in the UP and the lodge was perfect. My wife and I loved, and spent most of every evening in the lounge area playing the pinball and dart games. If we ever make it up that way again, we will definitely be staying at the lodge. Even the couple that we came to visit didn’t know it was here and are getting there family members to stay there when they visit. ”
