“The room we got was a "dependance", and it was on another street (69 Helshovenstraat), outside the actual hotel grounds. When we arrived the receptionist basically asked for the payment the moment we stepped in, gave us the key and told us where the room was, and went to the kitchen – no credit card receipt or invoice and no information about breakfast times. We waited for him to come back and asked again for the receipt and got it.

“Das B&B Viator ist eine kleine, süße Unterkunft. Die Zimmer sowie das Bad sind sehr sauber und geräumig. Die Betten sind angenehm. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen..
Das Frühstück wird immer wieder aufgefüllt.
Sie ist gut zu finden und ausreichend kostenfreie Parkplätze sind schnell und einfach zu erreichen.
Das B&B ist sehr zu empfehlen!!!”

"A terrible experience which I will need to report to Radisson. Only to list a few things, the room was dirty and the towels and other amenities stained unusable. After check in the staff gave the same room to another guest and as a woman I felf very unsafe to have someone Walking in my room at 11pm. Breakfast despite should be available until 1030am was closed at 9am with no warning. All in all despicable to be a Radisson and it has been filmed or photographed "
