“One of the nicest place I hv stayed! Most imp property is sparklingly clean. Staff and especially an old lady at the reception was extremely gracious. Whatever question we had.. She was happy to help!! Only thing I didn't like was the coffee and the breakfast..omg the coffee was absolutely tasteless”

“Very cool historic building with antique furnishings and super comfortable bed. Paid a little extra to stay in the presidential suite which was very cool. Suite had a whirlpool, and an awesome sitting room overlooking downtown. My only gripe is the whirlpool wasn't able to get very hot at all. I assume the water heater can't keep up for the tub's demand. One guy on staff was friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that the lounge/bar/restaurant is no longer in service. Great Mexican restaurant...

“We only stayed a night but the rooms were very clean. The property was nice. The bar and live entertainment were a fun addition. They did have a large on-site pool. Would definitely stay again. Only complaint was the beds were doubles.”

“Our room had a leak from the upstairs unit over our unit over the toilet. My husband is a plumber and he knew it was a leak from the toilet upstairs and it was from dirty toilet water cause it leaked whenever they used the toilet. We were unable to move rooms as the hotel was booked. There was nothing they could do. They said they could look into a credit however when I attempted to talk to them again they didn't help. The continental breakfast was non existent. Try to talk to the desk assistant...

“The grout in the bathroom was crumbling apart so as I was getting ready in the morning my feet were getting full of grout pieces. Not great on the upkeep of the rooms”

“the review at Best Western did good, clean and personal. Clean room did good job but missed one thing was when I drop dirty towels by door. maid did not bring clean the towels after dropping them off by door. Breakfast was good but need to add some breakfast.”

“Our go-to when in the area and always clean, quiet, friendly, convenient, and the right amount of breakfast to get rolling in the mornings. Great hangout lobby when other family is also staying in town for events/holidays. Coffee and teas on tap!”

“I had called the day before about needing one of my rooms to be a pet friendly room. They were not helpful so when we got to the hotel the next day they didn’t have any pet friendly rooms clean so we had to wait another 30 minutes. Also, I am a Comfort Choice hotel member and they wouldn’t help me get credit for the stay.”
