“The rooms were much smaller than expected. Although the two beds were a decent size, there were no closets or wardrobes. This meant that we either had to keep everything on the sitting bench that shut it out into the very thin walkway at the foot of the beds, or hang everything up. Hanging everything up from the wall hooks was cute, but absolutely did not work for multiple people staying in that room. The backpacks shut it out all the bags were constantly in the way. “All'arrivo alla reception ci hanno dato le chiavi di una camera già occupata. la pouizia su 3 giorni che siamo stati presso la struttura è stata fatta una volta sola. dopo la prima abbiamo pensato ad una svista e abbiamo lasciato perdere, la seconda volta siamo rientrati in albergo alle 23... segnalato al chek out, la receptionist ci ha detto "Ah io non posso dire niente perché io non c'ero". “The staff was very friendly. Yes it does have some worn out carpets in room, but otherwise all is clean and functional. Pool DOES NOT have slide. It seems as pool area was redone, pool is not big and many kids were present having fun there. I was dreading since i booked before I read reviews and read them when it was to late to cancel. But it was a pleasant stay, I stayed 1 night with 4 kids.”

“The room was relatively clean. The AC unit was broken and old. You could see trash from previous years. Calvin was great. He explained how he just started but did go out of his way to accommodate simple things, like clean rags and towels. The workout equipment is beyond old. One flat bench (adjustable), an old universal lifting unit that has to be from the early 1990’s. With only 2 cardio machines. With the Military personnel that frequently stay there, there needs to be more of a conscious...

“The room was clean, large and nice! Staff courteous. There were no lights outside of the overheads (lo lamps, etc.) and only one small trash can. In the morning when we had to leave there was no staff or key drop box. We eventually talked to staff and had to leave the keys in the room.”

“Mold in the bathroom, had to leave a day early. Main staff at front desk very difficult to understand their English. ”

“The night front desk was polite. The morning person was NOT AT ALL. I had a meeting so my partner waited in the lobby from the 10am checkout until 11:15 when i got back. The front desk person told him he couldnt stay in the lobby and bad to leave evn though he turned in the key proving we stayed there. Also saw a bedbug in the room. ”

“Manager Eileen REFUSED TO CORRECT SAFETY THREATS - in-room smoking and attempted forced entry into my room by strangers. Manager Eileen chose to protect in-room smokers and these strangers to make it easy on herself. She forced me to leave early because I requested that the Woodspring Suites deliver SAFETY, the essential service for travelers, in addition to stopping in-room smoking - an advertised amenity. ”
