Hotel a Berrysburg

“All'arrivo alla reception ci hanno dato le chiavi di una camera già occupata. la pouizia su 3 giorni che siamo stati presso la struttura è stata fatta una volta sola. dopo la prima abbiamo pensato ad una svista e abbiamo lasciato perdere, la seconda volta siamo rientrati in albergo alle 23... segnalato al chek out, la receptionist ci ha detto "Ah io non posso dire niente perché io non c'ero". Migliorare il servizio”

“Came in floor in room sticky, bathtub had a big crack and the maids did not clean the bathtub at all. Pool did not seem to be used much and it was ok clean level. Place was great outside of cleanliness. The front staff super friendly and the lady in charge of the breakfast, a total doll, and super helpful (honestly can’t believe she ran whole breakfast by herself that was amazing)”

“Clean, updated property - lobby, pool and rooms were better than expected. Staff were helpful and friendly. Convenient location to Hershey Park. Highly recommend, especially if traveling with children.”

“Absolutely would stay again. Charming building, you can tell a lot of love has been put into preservation of the home's history and character. The room we stayed in was very large and it was lovely. We hated to leave. Excited to visit again this Holiday season!”

“The room was clean but the property definitely needs some updates. It is not the Days inn Windham I was expecting from that name on a hotel. There was stains on the carpet. One was red. The plumbing was kind of falling apart. Caulking needed to be redone. Paint was chipping in the bathroom and our door did not fully shut. I would not recommend.”

“Location was near to the Millerstown Park for Riverwalk and nearby Duncannon with great ice cream shop. we enjoyed the Millersburg ferry crossing the Susquehanna River near Liverpool. Please visit Little buffalo State Park for nice walking trails and the lake with boating. very small hotel room had wonderful recessed ceiling lights, brilliant light for reading!”

“Super clean hotel that was close to Hersheypark, the whole reason we ended up going. Staff was nice, whole place was quiet, pool and hottub were very well kept and really made the trip a lot better. Highly reccomend this place.”

“An unpleasant place—there was a terrible stench of cigarette smoke everywhere, and two people were smoking marijuana by the pool. It was filthy; there were cigarette butts all over the stairs and floor, and the floors weren't swept. In the room, the bathtub was stained with something unknown, and there were even tiny spiders on the wall. Honestly, it was a nasty hotel.”

“Got to the hotel and they told me I had canceled my reservation, which Expedia told me the hotel canceled it but no one informed me until I tried to check in. Was still getting notifications from expedia about my check in for that dayhotel was all booked had to find my own hotel, no help from expedia.
