Hotel a Berrysburg

“Very outdated . Less choice of breakfast. Staff is very polite but not very helpful.”

“This building is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. We stayed in "Kate's Room" and the bits of history and decor were elegant and deliberate. We had everything we needed and more. The bed was comfortable, and the house was quiet. We will, without a doubt, stay at the Shamokin BnB again if we find ourselves in Shamokin.”

“The property was neat and clean but in bad need of an update. Bathroom had cracked plaster and a stained old toilet. The tub surround was poorly fitted and the tub needed replaced. It worked for one night, but I won't be running right back my next trip through the area.”

“The breakfast had a hot meal not just a regular continental breakfast. There wasn’t anything to mention that I did not like. It was great n quiet n very clean n smelled great.”

“All'arrivo alla reception ci hanno dato le chiavi di una camera già occupata. la pouizia su 3 giorni che siamo stati presso la struttura è stata fatta una volta sola. dopo la prima abbiamo pensato ad una svista e abbiamo lasciato perdere, la seconda volta siamo rientrati in albergo alle 23... segnalato al chek out, la receptionist ci ha detto "Ah io non posso dire niente perché io non c'ero". Migliorare il servizio”

“Customer Service is bad, I asked for Help about our bathroom that is Not working well and she answer my question if I am checking out today, reagrdless if I am checking out that day their supposed to offer help. It was very inconvenient of our stay especially that I have my kids with me. No help arrived. I immediately move to a different hotel. Working as a healthcare professional that is travelling dont deserve this treatment. Very unsatisfied👎👎👎👎👎”

“The hotel was clean, all the staff were very pleasant and the location was convenient to everything we wanted to do in Hershey, Grantville and Harrisburg.”

“It's fine, but half the hotel is under construction and there are doors open to rooms where guests can see were demo'd and not redone yet. The pool is not well kept at all, it's old and gross. The breakfast is pretty bad too.”
