“this place is not a typical stay. its a room in a house where the owners live. the room is huge and rustic. it does have a musty odor but that could be from being close to the coast. no tv but for us thats ok. shoud be listed as an airbnb. good value for the price. off the beaten path definitly not for the non adventerous. host very accomidating. i would stay again because the price was right. romantic charm. give it a try!”

“There was like no house keeping out of my long stay and ive stayed at nicer hotels and still had house keeping and didn’t have to pay extra for towels or anything!! and EVERYTHING was a extra fee… most definitely wasn’t worth the amount I had to pay then I get told I can’t move the movable furniture or walk around our because we were being “to loud” and had complaints and when I tried to ask he was completely rude about when I tried to say we were all sleeping at that time and wouldn’t even let...

“The motel was clean, it was nice parking right in front of the room. It was spacious, although the shower was a little tight. The towels were very thin. The check in was smooth, but if you needed something it was harder to find someone to help you. It was a cute, retro motel, and the history of it was fun, especially since we were there to visit the redwoods. I gave it 4 stars because the beds weren't very comfortable. Other than that, it's great for a one night stay”
