“My favorite hotel in the Cleveland area. Everything about it is 10/10. The staff have outstanding customer service. They are so friendly and welcoming. The pool and hot tub area is very clean and relaxing. Gym is very nice. Laundry facility is extremely useful, I appreciate that it accepts Apple Pay. Good breakfast. Best of all, they have clean, spacious, comfortable rooms. I joke with people and say I wish I could live there, LOL. Really it’s the best - you won’t regret staying here! ”

“The whole place was very dirty. Holes in carpet, toilet seat not attached, sheets were stained. We ended up asking for our money back and did not stay there. It was horrible. ”

“The property is in a quiet location and a beautiful setting. All rooms are on the second floor and there is no elevator. Internet TV was very spotty. It was easy to hear other people outside the rooms. This would be a great property for a few friends or families to stay in one place and have common areas to be together. There is no complimentary breakfast.”

“When I checked in, it was right at 3 o’clock. The hotel was kind of empty. There were two baggage cards no problem but when I checked out between me and my fiancé, I had to make 4 trips because they’re wereNO BAGGAGE CARTS😡”

Dovevamo partire alle 6 di mattina e la reception era chiusa così abbiamo dovuto telefonare e perdere mezz'ora sul nostro itinerario. Per il resto motel molto bello, camera pulita spaziosa. ”
