The shower nozzel shot water everywhere but where it needed to go. Our window leaked when it rained. Also we only had one remote for two tvs. The staff was amazing and accommodating. ”

The lady working reception could not be better. Friendly, sincere, and so welcoming. Had the pleasure of witnessing her upgrade a grooms room on his wedding night when she found out it was his wedding day! ”
