Hotel a Bhanjanagar

“First of all I tried to change my dates as I have wrongly booked Brahmapur, instead of Puri. I feel very discomfort for not able to contact expedia to change my venue as I have already booked non refundable room. So I just wanted to change it to puri hotel Pramod convention which I felt very disguisting. I tried to contact the property with the no. I was having but the no. was of Hotel Pramod Puri. “Had a very pleasant stay at Rohm Staycations. The property was extremely clean and well maintained, which made the stay comfortable from the moment we arrived. The staff was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The overall service was smooth and well managed. The location is peaceful and calm, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. “The room was horrible, totally damp room. Lights were not working, there was no ceiling fan. Only 1 bottle of water provided for 2 nights stay. Plasters of the wall were falling of. Dusty room and balcony. Room service was pathetic. The attached toilet didn't have any exhaust, there was a opening directed to the room. So the whole room was smelling like toilet. We are afriad that we might get diarrhea from that unheiginic toilet. Bed was stiff, pillows were pathetic. ”
