“There was a faint smell of old ashtray in the room that I found disappointing (on a non smoking floor). I also turned up when the keys/locks were being redone, and reception was nice enough but I don't think the manager actually apologise for the inconvenience even once, just fed excuses.... Zero explanation of where anything was or times the reception was open/closed over weekend.”

“We had a great stay, staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Room was cleaned daily and restocked. It was great to be able to park in front of our room, and room had a good working air conditioning. Location was key for us as it was near everything we needed.”

“Clean room ,the mini kitchen was nice and clean as well ,i had a spa in my room that was lovely and undercover parking as well I could not fault the motel at all. The staff that I spoke too were very nice as well.”

“The property is conveniently located near many Brisbane suburbs. But if you have anything you want to do in the city center, it's best to take a commuter train in. As for the room itself, it was clean-ish, but the carpet was sticky. The bed was fine. There's a very basic suburban bar attached to the hotel with decent food. The staff of the hotel are all super friendly.”

“Great place to stay, has everything you need for staying short term or long term. We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment and was quiet during the night even though we were facing the main road. Bed was comfy and so was lounge. Also had a washing machine and dryer, everything you would find in an apartment. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Will stay again when in Brisbane next.”

“The apartment itself was clean, had a great view and is in a good location. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn't match what we expected. Finding the parking and reception was confusing due to poor signage, and the building was difficult to navigate throughout our stay. The biggest issue was the lifts. Only three service levels 8–44, and as we were on level 38 we regularly faced long waits. The lifts were often completely full, meaning we had to wait for multiple trips before we could...
