“Reception is at the Public House Hotel. The ladies at reception were exceptional, very friendly and welcoming. The suites are in a kind of shabby looking building a few doors down the road but once you enter the Suites area everything is perfect. Bathroom is fantastic. Location is good but there are not many restaurants in the area, it takes 5-10 minutes to walk. There is a 24 h supermarket just a couple of minutes away though. ”

Great courtyard, library, bar, dining room. Rooms beautiful, really comfy bed, nice balcony.
90% of the staff amazing and courteous. A couple of them though could do with retraining to bring them up to the level of their amazing colleagues.

“Ottima struttura il centro si raggiunge facile,personale gentile, disponibile e accogliente, spaziosa e pulita la camera.Colazione migliorabile per qualità.Note non soddisfacenti: materasso matrimoniale non comodo, letto singolo per terzo adulto andava bene per un bambino poiché corto e scomodo, TV si bloccava sistematicamente al cambio canale e bisognava spengerlo.Ottimo l hot spot e il parcheggio incluso anche al coperto.”

“I am a frequent traveler and prefer smaller quirky hotels.
But the service at this hotel makes me reconsider my preferences. This hotel has the most amazing staff and service, by far the best experience in many years!!
The facilities here are brilliant; gym, spa and restaurant was top quality… I am not a fan off new and modern, but here I make an exception!! 10/10

“Great condo and great communication from the management company. Only one problem. The garage stalls are marked without any order or logic. We were assigned space number one, should have been a no brainer. Took our combined efforts with security to locate it in a hidden corner behind a divider wall. ”

“hotel in centro città, buono per viaggi di lavoro. consiglio camere piani alti o meglio che affaccino sul cortile interno perchè la strada è un pò trafficata.
L'hotel è situato a pochi metri dalla zona pedonale del centro dove ci sono molti ristoranti e coffee bar.

"Hotel in posizione fantastica, a 15 minuti a piedi dalla fermata del bus A1 da e per l'aeroporto a Piazza Slavija. A 20 minuti di passeggiata al centro della città a Piazza Repubblica, tutto è molto vicino. Negozi, cafè e market vicini. Staff molto gentile, camera bella, ampia e pulita con bollitore e caffè e te'. Consiglio questo hotel e ci tornerei una seconda volta. "

"Camere ampie (abbiamo preso una suite senior) ma veramente datate con prese elettriche a muro semi staccate,aria condizionata che la notte non andava, segale wi-fi che funzionava solo nella prima camera (soggiorno con divano letto due piazze), nella camera matriminiale segnale era pari a zero. Bagni che necessitano di una rimodernata (pavimento con crepe, soffione doccia quasi totalmente tappato) . Pulizia molto approssimativa trovato bottigliette vuote sotto il letto, non ho mai visto tracce di passaggio aspirapolvere sulla moquette. Struttura in posizione strategica e servitissima, carina e funzionale nelle parti comuni, personale cordiale e disponibile."
