Staff was great. My 3 star rating is only because there were no sign ups left when arriving for the 3PM check-in. Without this, for the sauna or infrared room; it leaves you to be "stealing time" where you can..(also feels a bit absurd for the rate you pay.) I had to scramble out of one solo sauna ...

Yes it was great. Shower head in bathroom didn’t have good water pressure since the faucet below kept flowing. But other than that all was good. Comfortable, clean, well equipped.
