“I was not impressed with the customer service I received from the receptionist on duty upon my arrival. She did not greet me upon arrival and did not inform me in advance that the parking machine would not issue a receipt.”

Suite 15 is directly opposite the kitchen extractor fan which is on from before 5.00am until the kitchen closes at night & can easily be heard in the room. “I LOVED Carol. She was welcoming and kind, made an amazing breakfast for me, answered all my questions. A great hostess. My room (12) was super clean and the bed was comfortable. Lots of pillows and extra blankets. Nice big TV. The water pressure was really low but I think that’s typical in older buildings. The garden was peaceful and I enjoyed sitting there in the evening with a glass of wine. Great stay. Traveled from Canada.”

“Very nice staff, very clean room, nice clean bathroom nice shower over the bath plenty of hot water good water pressure, 2 small bottles of shampoo and body wash and a small bar of soap towels provided. Nice room with desk and chairs the bed was comfortable. Not enough power points to charge your phone/laptop/watch no USB points especially difficult if two people have items to charge at the same time maybe bring an extension lead/plug. Car parking is charged and expensive especially if staying...

“We had such a lovely stay at this wonderful B&B. Comfy bed and the room was well equipped with tea and coffee, biscuits, water etc. We had no trouble parking. Breakfast was first class. ”

“The place is actually a mammouth service area. Food court closeby and wonderful park on the backside. They were short of personnel though and this affected some elements of the stay. Need to read the board where they state they do the rooms only after the third day (…?)”

“Hotel is a great price and is a little tired but comfortable and you have what you need for a stop over. Unfortunately chef took ill so couldn’t eat there but menu looked good. Instead they recommended the Dam Inn which was amazing food!”

“Hotel con ampio parcheggio adeguato a persone in viaggio di lavoro. Impersonale come tutte le catene ma ottimo per una notte. Il wifi ad alta velocità si ma a pagamento. E' l'unica struttura nel mio viaggio dove non ho trovato il wifi gratuito.”
