“It’s a hotel that has lost its prime. I shows glimpses of being a premium property in the past. The service was sub par, rooms are showing signs of ill maintenance, bathroom had leakage while the bathtub was cracked in the middle. The doors showed signs of being pried open many times.”

“It was not at all good experience. I booked AC room, and the disgusting part, AC was not functioning properly. Morever the manager said we do not gurantee power backup for AC. Only fan was working during power outage. You cannot expect if you have paid for AC room which has been given the top floor of the hotel and that also AC not working. Room service was satisfactory.”
