“Im sorry to say I ended up sleeping in a chair. I booked thru expedia and then called the motel directly to double check that I would have a wheelchair accessible room. Yes, the desk clerk said. The bed was at least a foot higher than my wheelchair seat, and there was no way I could transfer to the bed. Why are motels putting these new higher beds in what are supposed to be accessible rooms? “The mattress was set on a metal frame. I hit my knee on one of the brackets twice. The mattress was hard & the frame popped very loudly when I sat on the bed. The air conditioning was cold, though.”

“I really loved this hotel. The staff was amazing! They were so kind and helpful. They were understanding and kind when I had an issue at checkout time. Then property was well maintained. Whatever I needed from housekeeping was provided. They have a cute outdoor area, where you can bbq or just sit outside, next to the pool, which is open. Breakfast was lovely. You can make fresh waffles in the waffle maker they have. They have plenty of different breakfast items to choose from. I really enjoyed...

“Parking lot was very tight and we were giving the wrong room to start with. My son went in and there was someone already standing there. This could have went very bad”

“Staff was very friendly. From room to reception area, pool to even the parking lot….everything was clean. Substantial breakfast that included fruit, yogurt, pancakes, cereals, biscuits and gravy. It was a great value and will return.”

“No coffee maker in room. Only had decaf coffee in lobby. Staff said was they were expecting a delivery truck but why not have extra or pick up some coffee grounds from a local store. Slept hot ac thermostat was set to 65 but was more like 75.”

“WORST HOTEL EVER. We booked a 2-bed hotel room. When we showed up, it was a 1-bed hotel room. And they REFUSED to fix. Problem #2: Our reservation was thru May 21, not thru May 20. They refused to honor that. And they REFUSED to fix. WORST HOTEL EVER.”
