“Our room needed refurbishment. The two floor lamps each had one of two bulbs missing, and the light over the TV is just a bare bulb with no enclosure (like a wall sconce). The electrical heating in the bathroom had the fins exposed, cracked floor tiling, and discoloration at one corner where the bath tub met the wall.
