“The location was increidble--my boyfriend and I were able to walk to all of the Short North main areas. It was our first time visiting Columbus, so this was a great place for us to stay. The place itself was very comfortable and cozy and had all of the amentiites of a hotel, but in a much cuter space. The customer support was also great at the Jungle House. They supported me with some questions I had and were very responsive via text. I'd definitely stay here again. ”

“Great Hotel! Very clean. Staff were very accommodating. I got a room with king bed and I was very spacious. Good size bathroom as well. My room had a beautiful view of the river behind the hotel. Also this hotel is a six minute drive to Ohio State hospital. ”

“Room was clean, took more than 24 hours to get temperature down from 75. Lights over one bed need replacement bulbs. Breakfast was ample, same choices Saturday and Sunday. Would appreciate a little more variety. Staff friendly, courteous and welcoming. ”
